In the January 2009 issue of Airliner World magazine's news section, there is a a short note that the VP-B registration has been retired due to a number aircraft based in nations other than Bermuda now having registrations with that prefix. I believe Russia was specifically mentioned. VQ-B has been selected as the replacement.
