I noticed via flightaware, that there was an NA 767 flight which operated PGUA-JFK. PGUA is listed as Andersen AFB-Mariana, GUAM. Flightaware lists the total flight time as almost 14H30M, this has got to be pushing the limits of a 767-300ER, though im sure it was empty.

Wow, that is a long flight! I flew Guam to Elmendorf, and that was pretty brutal.

Winds heading East are very favorable this time of year - probably the only reason they were able to do the flight nonstop.

6913nm according to Great Circle Mapper (http://gc.kls2.com/). A fully loaded 763ER is rated for 5100-5800nm, depending on the PW or GE engines.

Most likey a ferry, plus heading eastbound you've got the benefit of the winds. The FP will show a NAM ( nautical air mile ) is much less than the still air distance

Anyone here have inside info??!? Kidding.

Yes, it was empty, on its way back from a military mission. In fact, a fellow NYCA member was the man who dispatched it. An excellent ETOPS route. Show yourself, sir, and take a bow!

My own personal longest was 13:55 on a 767, JFK to Bishkek.

Nice work. That has to be among the longest 76 flights ever attempted.

Thanks Funny you should say attempted. The captain called me 10 minutes prior to pushback to tell me her was coming up 900kg short on the required fuel. The temp was 6 degrees higher than planned, so we are tech stopping in PANC I guess all I can say is FAIL!
