The actor and comedian has died from complications of pneumonia, his publicist says.

I was very shocked to hear about his death. I didn't even know he had a lung condition. He was very funny and the best dressed person I've ever seen!

Bernie Mac was awesome, its a shame we lost him so early.

He had Sarcoidosis (a lung disease) also. Shame.
