A PILOT refused to divert his packed transatlantic flight despite THREE bomb threats being found on the jet.
A terrified holidaymaker found one hand-written note on a paper towel, claiming there was a bomb on his plane, in one of its toilet just 20 MINUTES into the flight.

But the shaken passenger was still forced to endure the entire transatlantic journey from the Dominican Republic to Newcastle International Airport in fear for his life.

It depends on when the notes were found. If it was at a point where the nearest airport is in North Africa or something, you're way better off playing the odds that there's no bomb.

There's always an airport either 2 or 3 hours away, though, much sooner than the destination. Planes don't fly over the ocean near nothing. But no matter how improbable the note might be, it's always better to play it safe and divert.

Deemed not credible. Now if they were written in crayon that would be another story.
