Virgin America could gain access to constrained airports, including New York Kennedy, Newark and Chicago O'Hare as fuel prices continue to force legacy carriers to slash capacity, CEO David Cush said today in a keynote address at the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) annual meeting.
