Well this is kinda funny... This makes me the third amongst nyc area spotters approached by Herpa today regarding photo usage. In my case, it was pertaining to an image I have taken of a DL 777-200LR.

Congratulations to those who will comply with their image requests -- it's always nice to see your work published somewhere, isnt it. I, however, am not satisfied with their offer of a model in return for the reproduction of my image, and reminded them that photographers should be credited substantially for their work (I feel, monatarily), especially when the image will be reproduced on mass scale. For this reason, I respectfully declined.
