I just returned from another trip to Taipei. Taipei has 2 airports, TPE is the international airport while TSA (Song Shan) is the domestic/military airport just a few miles from the city center.
TSA's traffic is rather light. Its largest operator used to be Far Eastern Air Transport (EF), which used 757. FAT ceased operation recently due to high oil price and strong competition from high speed rail. Now TSA is mostly served by TransAsia Airways (GE), UniAir (B7) and Madarin Airlines (AE), which is the subsidiary of CI. GE and B7 mostly use turboprops out of TSA while AE uses F-100 and ERJ-170. Here are the photos from TSA, sorry about the quality, the weather was cloudy and hazy:

Back to TPE, FAT's fleet was parked at TPE. I was lucky to get the special livery 757 advertising for SinoPac Bank and normal livery 757. I also got BR's "Hello Kitty" A-330.

CX has a large presence in TPE. While I was there, 2 CX A-300 departed and one 777-300 arrived. Another CX 777-200 was parked on the ramp.

I flew CI JFK-ANC-TPE. ANC was indeed very busy with heavy cargo movements. While I was there, there were 4 CX 747 parked at the ramp. There were endless Fedex and UPS MD-11s taking to the sky; plus NW, JL and NH 747 cargo versions. Too bad I could only shoot from the inside the terminal.
