Ok so the following is completely self-gloss......

After one of the most un enjoyable flight courses, I have become a CFI today!!!!!!! I'll be leaving Flordia either tonight or tomorrow morning and will probably be seeing most of you in the near future!!

Anyone want to try and kill me?....I mean learn to fly???

Congratulations, that's quite an accomplishment. How long was your oral?

Oral came to roughly 4 hours..... not something someone should have to go through!!! lol

I did the landings in the Piper Arrow and the Maneuvers in the C172. The arrow checkride was 1.0 and the Cessna was 1.7. I rented a DA-42 Twin Star tonight to just fly for some fun and went flew IFR from DAB to MCO to pick up my dad who came in from JFK on AA. It was extremely relaxing to just fly for fun again....talk about a stress reliever! Not to mention getting to follow a NWA 757 to 18R

Cool, I've heard CFI candidates come out of 6 hour orals which is that all that unheard of up here. 4 hours is still long though. Sounds like a relaxing flight in the DA42...that's when you sit back and say "this is what flying is all about."
