The British Airways pilot who saved 152 lives in the Heathrow crash landing claims he has been mistreated and is planning to quit.

Captain Peter Burkill has reportedly been grounded since the incident and has had his salary cut.

I don't think that BA cut his pay, but, are probably just paying him straight time pay. Since he is not flying, he is not receiving any overtime & per diem, which to contradict myself, equates to a reduction in his take-home pay.

Surprised that BA is not taking advantage of this pilot to be a BA spokesman & do something to keep the pilot happy.

Does anyone think that Officer Coward looks like Phil a little bit? Might just be me. This just sounds like another airline trying to sweep it under the carpet. Just horrible...
