Sky 360 by Delta ?

I passed a place called "Sky360 by Delta" yesterday near Central Park in Manhattan. I must have passed-by hundreds of times but never noticed it before. It is supposed to be a lounge that gives the experience of flying in a B777. It is supposed to contain several bars, HBO on giant screens, and a cafe. Have any of you ever visited? I never heard of this place before. When did it open? Is it still opened? Can the public enter or is it limited to those in the aircraft industry or Delta employees only? I am curious.
