A man was arrested at JFK Airport after threatening to set off a bomb, police said yesterday.
Moshe Pollack, 26, who was visiting from Montreal, approached a gate agent at American Airlines about a missed flight on March 9.
During the conversation, Pollack allegedly said, "I need to speak to someone higher than you about a bomb on the plane."
The agent quickly called a supervisor. "No, I did not say that, but I can have it done," he allegedly told the supervisor.
Pollack was charged with falsely reporting an incident, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Richard Brown.
