Check the info box...he was using a 500mm lens with a 1.4x TC on a crop body...!

I agree, awesome shot.

I saw it in the top 24 hrs photos at a.net and clicked on it. I was guessing that it was Chad Thomas even before I could scroll down and see. With that angle and closeup - it had to be with major telephoto.

Chad is one of the few that I'm aware of that regularly use the 500. He gets some great shots.

That Delta is stunning and so sweet to see.

Almost brings a nostaliga to my eye.

I notice it is an ex TW Bird, N704. Been on that plane a couple of times!
