I'm not a Fox News hater, but I have no idea why they invited Montel to talk about Heath Ledger (I'm guessing someone else canceled), but I'm glad they did, and I'm sorry I hadn't seen this sooner.

Thanks for posting this, Matt. I'm glad Montel took them to task the way he did. I've never really watched his show, but I do respect his background and what he has accomplished in life.

I'm generally against that sort of thing, but in the case as ludicrous as the Heath Ledger story, I think it was well done. Obviously Fox News was hardly the only party to blame.

They are. That's why they don't report about it.

In fairness, none of the less pro-war networks (CNN, CBS, MSNBC) report this stuff either.

Out of sight, out of mind. I'm no fan of Montel, but good for him. Really. How many times can we talk about Ledger? Was it a tragedy? Sure. Is there more important things to talk about? Absolutely. Anyway, he looks pretty damn good for someone battling MS.

I don't have a problem with Montel, but I wonder if he knows how many Americans were killed in the continental United States by illegal aliens since Jan 1st.

I'm pretty sure no one knows all their names.

Are they heroes?
