Rejection help: blury?

Hey guys, is this photo blury? It was rejected for being so:

Matt - Sunset photos are extremely hard to get right. If anything on my monitor here at work it looks oversharpened. Jaggies around windows & titles. The stabilizer on the tail is probably what they are referring to though, as it is fairly dark, and it is hard to get sharp detail in dark areas.
