Photo Cropping Issues!

Hey All,

I've been having some real problems cropping my photos in Photoshop Elements lately. It only happens when I have to rotate the picture before I crop it. Once I crop it, I get this border that is really hard to see, but I have had pictures rejected for it. I've attached some photos below to try and show you exactly what I mean. I was hoping someone could tell me how to solve this. I've already tried reinstalling Photoshop, but that obviously did not work!

On the second one dont worry about all the white area thats from MS Paint...The Blue boxy line is the very edge of the actual picture. I've asked Mel and a few others, but no one was able to figure it out.

I see a few problems from the get-go.

1. I've heard of problems with Elements. You should consider a different version of Photoshop. Whenever Mel and I discussed your problem, it was never brought to attention that you were using Elements.

2. You don't give me ramp access at LGA. That makes you cursed naturally.

I don't know, but that is an AWESOME shot!

But it is probably something along the lines with the curse Phil was talking about ;)
