IAD 12/22/2007 - VD IL-76

Hi All,

Today Volga Dnepr IL-76 made an apperance at IAD. She arrived from Mobile Alabama on their way to Europe.
Nothing else too exciting. Two Vision Air 737s parked at their usual spots.

looks like new paint on that IL-76, to go along with the new engines. so pretty!!!

Rafal, Great shot of the IL-76. I only have a shot of one from 2003 in Iraq and I'd really like to get a better one.

She was delivered in October 2007 fresh from the factory line. That was her second time at IAD in the last two months.

Yummy shots Rafal, I shot the VDA IL-76 a few years ago in Louisville, KY But it had the old engines then. It seems they VDA 76s have been flying to the US more frequently since being re-engined
