Believe it or not, this simulator retains its FAA certification to this day and is FULLY OPERATIONAL! It's a joy to fly as well. It's amazing flying this bird, then going over to the 777-200ER simulator to experience first hand how far technology has come. I shot these two photos tonight at work. Note the ATA flowchart on the flight engineer station.

Also, the remnants of the L-1011 prototype are at the Delta Air Lines Heritage museum on the Delta Campus as well, only today she serves as a gift shop!
