Yup, I agree. Heard it from a couple people that it's a good way to calm people down if you fly a bunch of drunk friends home after a game or something. Of course, you are violating 91.17 and possibly 91.211 but it's only a violation if FAA finds out about it, right?

Tom Cruise is awesome, anyone knows what ratings he got and what he flies?

Of course, I would not be bragging about that stuff on national tv. If all else fails, FAA can still book anyone for almost anything under 91.13.

He owns a P-51 Mustang, "Montana Miss" http://www.warbirdregistry.org/p51regis ... 12840.html (http://www.warbirdregistry.org/p51registry/p51-4412840.html)

definately stupid on his part for doing that. even stupider to admit it on national TV. wonder if anyone from the FAA has seen it yet...

I don't think Dave was kidding when he said "Isn't that attempted manslaughter?"

Not really, as long as it is below 15000 ft according to FAA

If that was the case, the person sitting in the right seat would not have had to been on Oxygen. If the guy was complaining of tinginling in fingers...he was over what he should have been or the passenger had respatory issues. Just because other people did it, never made it wise or safe. IT IS JUST PLAIN STUPID, do not believe me? Ask a doctor!
