Easy Chris...its a magazine..jetBlue was rated as the best domestic airline by Conde Naste and Southwest was rated as the number one busniess travelers airline followed by AA and CO..Delta was fifth by some magazine which I forgot the name of. as. Almost all domestic airlines can pull out of their ass a ton of awards they've received, AA, UAL, B6, AirTran....etc. It comes down to the amount of weight you want to put on these magazines. I don't put much weight into all these awards from every Tom, Dick, and Harry.

Congrats to a greaty airline! Delta has recently done alot to try to seperate themselves from the pack.
