For anyone passing by FRG there's a Turkish Gov't A319 and Gulfstream parked at Sheltair along New Highway, both are really nice looking planes.

One of several helicopters SCPD screened at the terminal prior to entering the TFR.

The Gulfstream has been there since Saturday.

they should be there until the 29th.
The gulfstream bought the PM in early because he wanted to visit his son who goes to college here.He will be leaving in the airbus.
Im done tooting my horn now.

Must have been quite a few hops on the way here aboard the Gulfstream.

Probably like two hops at max. I am not familiar with the range on the GIV though.

G-IV from Turkey...1 stop...most likely in Shannon Ireland. The 4 has an 8-8.5 hour range depending on how many on board...I doubt it's more than 16 hours from Turkey to the US. According to JP-BizFleet it's a straight G4 sn 1043.

Ran the numbers on the software at work for a straight G4:

LTAC (Ankara, Turkey) - EINN (Shannon) 5:00 hrs
EINN (Shannon) - KFRG 7:12 hrs

Going home would be quicker, as the winds would be at their back.
KFRG-EINN 6:04 hrs
EINN-LTAC 4:34 hrs
