So I've been hearing helos noise for the past 15 min.
I went outside and saw a helo circling with a spot light.
Anyone right now who lives in Staten Island, anyone know why that helo keeps on circling the Chapin Woods area?
Or if anyone has a radio that can tune to police frequines and provide a some info?
