So I was hoping to have some fun at Bayswater this morning, but I'm not much of an early riser and they don't tend to stay on the 4s for long once the traffic picks up. So I went to LGA. Planeview Park was backlit by the time I got out there, but I was able to get decent shots on the other side of the approach...I ended up standing under a tree on the Ditmars Blvd exit ramp from the GCP. No cops, but I did get some motorists giving me funny looks, and some guy even took a picture of me! :)

There's no interesting traffic here...all that ever lands at LGA are USAir A320s and Delta RJs :) I'm just trying to improve the quality of my pictures...any feedback on my picture-taking or post-processing would be much appreciated.

I particularly like the US bird (dugg) and the Co 738. I was in the 10E lot when she came in.

Yeah, it's much easier to photograph than the new colors! :)

Adam what lens were you using?

I have a Canon S3-IS. It isn't a DSLR; it has a fixed lens with 12x optical zoom. Not that one needs a lot of zoom when LGA is on runway 4... :D
