A310 VIP at JFK Yesterday

Sorry I didn't get anyone the heads up, but there was a cool A310 parked by he triple hangars yesterday late afternoon. It was white with a blue pinstripe downt he side. Said something in small titles up by the front, and had standard political convoy escorting.

Anyoen have any ideas? I couldn't get close enough to see.
