Well this is it after a few years and allot of work I'll be graduating this Sat May 12th with my Masters in Organizational Management from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. I'm really excited to walk over that stage this weekend. If anyone is ever thinking of doing an online college program I say go for it! Its well worth it and very rewarding!

Leaving today, flying to MDW and then driving to Clinton. Even though I've been doing this online I feel a sense of belonging to the University and being able to finally step foot on the campus will truly make this journey come full circle.

And have fun in Iowa!

Thanks everyone, I just arrived here in Clinton, nice drive from Chicago, you get an appreciation for how beautiful this country is. The drive through the farm lands and the lush country side is certainly different from Long Island. To answer you're question Josh it took a bit more then two years. I had to take some under grad classes I didn't take before to earn this major. I'm such a geek though, I'm wearing my Ashford golf shirt and hat, GO SAINTS!

I'm really proud of your accomplishment Tommy. As I've siad before, my only regret in life is not having pursued a better education. I hope to catch up at least a little doing part-time work over the coming years.

A big congrats to you, brother.

Just got back today from Iowa, simply a fantastic experience I will never forget. The graduation ceremony moved me to emotion, the college hosted this event with such a degree of class and decorum everyone who attended should be very proud of the faculty and staff of Ashford so that I thank them for.

One of the reasons I chose Ashford out of the other online schools was because they had a real campus that dates back to 1919. The culture at the school could be felt everywhere you went and with each person you spoke to. It was exciting and strange in a way to finally meet some of the people who were in my online classes that graduated with me. We've known each other for almost 2 years and this was the first time we've meet, but it was finally great to put a face with a name, or “post” as we said.

I can't encourage everyone enough to pursue your educational hopes and dreams, its not an easy road by any means but its one that will change your life in ways you won’t know until you’ve done it. I'll use a quote from my good friend Mario that I think sums up my journey during this time in my life "And I, I took the path less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." The path I choose certainly did make the difference.

The patch and medal symbolize our Masters program. During the robbing the President of the college scene here with my mother and I, "robe" us and award us with our medallion.

First off, Congrats again Tom! I'm real proud of you. We all are.

Second, that quote I hold so close to me is Frost. I live it every day.

Lastly, this is what I saw while you were out in Iowa and I had to get the shots for you. While it is not your official graduation gift, the moment I saw the red and white I had to grab shots. Soon they will be in other colors.
