Problems with jp.net

Is anyone else having issues with accessing jp.net? For the last couple of days, I keep getting errors, in particular where the news scroller is - all I get in there is the word undefined - that's on IE 7.0 - on Firefox - I can get in, but also get the undefined message and missing quite a few images on the screen. Not sure if it is my machine or not...

They have been upgrading their servers the last couple of weeks, and having some funky things happening. Some days, if you check your "Yesterday's Photo Views" it will show no hits, and I've had some slow or incomplete loading pages. They've talked about it on their forums, it should be cleared up soon.

I have only been able to get on about twice in the past few days, most of the time it doesn't even load. Unfortunately, right before it all started happening, I uploaded a photo, it hasn't been screened yet and I can't check on its status, and I suspect most photos aren't being screened due to the server upgrades...

Weird, it's working for me fine. I get a funny address in the address bar, but it's working. Must be the Mac!

It was working earlier too, actually...Josh May mentioned it wasn't working around 4pm but it was for me :-p

It seems to be working now, but yeah, I've noticed some serious issues the last couple of days (the most amusing of which was the notice that said they were doing maintenance, but that the forums were still up, and clicking the link to the forums gave an error page). I managed to sneak in an upload yesterday, one of only 316 for the whole day (compared to 1280 the previous day and 1318 the day before that).

That might explain why the stats only report 2 uploads today...

We have posted this news in other threads throughout the site related forum, but it seems to have gotten lost on those threads, so I'm posting it here again for everyone to read, and be aware of.

We are currently undergoing a major server relocation, which is consuming the time and attention of the Admin staff 24/7. Also, during the move, quite a few of the commonly requested tasks cannot be performed.

We would ask for your patience in taking care of Admin duties (such as questions about spotting groups, account name changes, new features, etc.) until this server move is complete. We will post here once the move is complete and things are back to normal.
