So I took this shot today and really liked it but as you can see, its very dark from the weather. Is there anyway to really fix that? All I did to it was crop and resize to show here.

I feel that it might have potential, the condensation really adds to the photo.

I think it is too dark, if you lighten up it won't make quality standards. But still a cool photo!

Here's a quick edit. It lost way too much quality with the lack of light, but almost has a vintage feel from the grain which was caused. Definitely cool for your personal collection:

I gave it a try but got similar results. It's definetely a great addition to your own albun, and I love the condensation and wing flex.
