I just finished reading "Headwind". Thought it was a bit too legal/political for the types of things Nance writes, but a solid story that really picked up as it progressed.

I loved The Last Hostage, Medusa's Child, Pandora's Clock, and Final Approach. Never finished Phoenix Rising or Blackout for some reason.

What do you guys think of his books?

I've read a bunch of his stuff, and have been entertained. Since he is a pilot (USAF, airlines) his stories are typically technically correct, something that always gets me crazy about some books and movies (*cough* "Air Force One" *cough*). Haven't read anything from him lately, I'll have to check out his newer stuff soon.

Count me in...

You have to re-read and finish Blackout. Probably one of the better one's he wrote.

I love John J. Nance's books! I agree Headwind was too legal. But, John J. Nance is a lawyer so I guess I can understand.
