Not exactly a done deal...they have agreed to revise the delivery dates of the jets on order, but also have the option to cancel outright later this year. It ain't over yet.

Bloomberg: UPS Sets Schedule, Possible End for Airbus A380 Order (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aldm1SoziA0Y&refer=home)

United Parcel Service Inc., the world's largest package shipper, and planemaker Airbus SAS agreed that either company can cancel an order this year for 10 A380 freighters after repeated production delays.

...

Airbus's ability to void the order heightens chances that the manufacturer may scrap the troubled cargo version of the world's largest commercial jet amid cost overruns and customer cancellations. Atlanta-based UPS is now the only buyer for the A380 freighter.

I say cancel it! You will be able to convert some PAX versions to cargo in a few years anyway.
