FLU is Flushing Airport in NY., isn't that closed though? (sorry non, NY native here)

The flights from FLU are actually going to Japan, not China like some would expect. Also keep in mind that it's operatingwith AA's VTOL converted 772.

I hear the A380s inboard-only thrust reversers were designed specifically for use on FLU's narrow runways.

Pretty sure that the plate was valid as recent as 1982 when the airport closed.

There are a few nice anachronisms on the diagram, like the 3rd runway at LGA being in use and the references both to the TCA (today's Class B airspace), and the Teterboro FSS, which must have closed shortly after the chart was published, since the area's been covered by the Millville FSS since at least the mid 80s.
