I was just reading this. This dude can't be the brightest kid around. He didn't bother looking over his itinerary after he purchased the ticket? Also when he checked in the CSR would have confirmed his final destination. I call BS on this.

Brand new world Tommy, it's never their fault, but, it is somebody's else fault. Agree with you, gotta raise the BS flag on this....
