JFK 12/11 Incident?

The FAA airspace system status page says JFK has 30 min departure delays due to an aircraft incident... anyone know what happened?

According to a thread on another site, a FedEx MD11 landed on 22L late this morning an blew a tire closing the runway until it could be towed off. JFK was up and down 22R during that period.
