A private jet company is suing Jennifer Lopez, saying the singer and Hollywood actress is late on payments for a pair of chartered flights.

Avjet of Burbank filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking nearly $35,000 (€27,600).

It claims Lopez has yet to pay for two flights on Gulfstream jets from Farmingdale, New York – one to Puerto Rico on January 26, and another to Burbank on May 25.

An invoice lists the passengers as Marco Muniz – the real name of husband and musician Marc Anthony – and Lopez under the name Jennifer Muniz, along with four guests.

Lopez’s lawyer and publicist were not immediately available for comment.

Lopez, 36, has appeared in such films as Maid in Manhattan, Selena, Out of Sight and Monster-in-Law.

She and Anthony are co-starring in the film El Cantante, a biopic of salsa legend Hector Lav

It is amazing how people do not like to pay up. At the FBO in Sarasota there was a Citation who had wracked up over about 1.5 months a fuel and ramp fees bill of about $16,000 bucks and all he did was run between his office in Palm Beach and his house in Sarasota all week long every week. He refused to pay when they ran the card for the bill and it was declined and they surrounded it with fuel trucks and etc... and suddenly there was a check delivered about an hour later and pizzas for the whole FBO staff. Than that night he parked her at Jones Aviation haha

What kills me is thats about what she pays for lunch in the city.

Fork it already- letting the little working people sweat it.
