Very interesting 20/20 story about "The Impact of Your Name." Basically, job applicants with white names get more attention than those with black names.
Fact of the day: of the 16 million names in the state of California, there are only six black Mollys and zero white Latishas.
I'm impressed ABC had the balls to do this.
