Moment of Silence, 9/11 at 8:46 AM

TSA has announced and is deploying posters advising there will be a moment of silence observed at all TSA facilities (checkpoints and baggage) at 8:46 AM on 9/11/06. Port Authority will be making announcements that they will be doing the same.

This is a classy thing to do and hopefully it will have an impact on not just the employees but the traveling public who, in its quest for low fares and convenience, often forgets how complex aviation safety and security can be.
