Sounds like all are dead. :(

From CNN:

Interfax said the Tupolev TU-154 aircraft had about 170 people on board when it crashed shortly after 3:30 p.m. Moscow time (1130 GMT).

Flight 612 was en route from the Black Sea resort town of Anapa to St. Petersburg.

They are quick to say this was not terrorism and blame it on weather, but the details they've released make it seem like foul play is a good possibility.

Well fire aboard a plane without a bomb or some kind of foul play is certainly a plausible reason for the crash. Just about anything could have started a fire and in a oxygen rich cabin fire can spread very quickly.
