Hi all,
I am trying to sell a D70 in like new condition with the Nikon 18-70 lens, the battery, all the wires, original packaging and manuals. I'm trying to get a good idea of what I can expect to get for this, and where I should sell it. Ebay, or a traditional storefront, or someplace I don't know about? Any ideas on either question? Thanks!

Try Fredmiranda.com. Go to the Buy/Sell/Trade Forum. I have bought and sold photo equipment here before.

Talk about bad timing - you ask about selling a D70, in the same forum as a thread titled:
D70 Major Problem
BTW, does it have a little green light on?
:D :D :D

Andrew I'd checkout Ebay to see what others are asking for their 70s. That will give you a good idea of what yours is worth. I hope your upgrading or switching to a Canon product.

I sold my D70 kit setup back in Feb on eBay and got $850 for it, more than I expected. If you go the eBay route, be sure to post lots of great pics and a nice write-up. That usually gets your more $$ than just a basic listing with text and "stock" type photos.
