Ill be flying in tomorrow afternoon at around 330ish. ill be on UAL402 a 752 into LGA. Any idea what flow there running?

Cool cool... I just flew in from DIA two days ago on F9....

At this point, it's too early to tell exactly what runways they will be using, but the winds are forecast to have a Southern and Western component all day, so I wouldn't be surprised to see maybe RWY22 for LDGs and 31 for departures...
