Does anyone know where I can get a hold of airline company ramp control frequencies, their parking/docking charts, and D-ATIS in text format for JFK, EWR, and LGA?

You can find a lot of info about the local airports at these links:

LGA: http://www.nycaviation.com/lgadata

JFK: http://www.nycaviation.com/jfkdata

EWR: http://www.nycaviation.com/ewrdata

Yeah I know, but I'm looking for the ARINC frequencies, the parking charts and D-ATIS text format. The things that I'm looking for are not posted in the links you told me to go to.

NY RADIO is 129.9 usually hear Oceanic traffic headed out.

Depending on where you are you can hear either controller or aircraft repeating/requesting SELCAL checks. During the day you hear the ones headed to the Caribbean, later in the day, you can hear the ones going to Europe.

most of the information you are asking about is not published for public use. i'd recommend not pursuing your search too strongly.

I do recall seeing them listed several time over the years and writing them down when Hearing them shared over the airways. If I can find the documentation or some of the ones I wrote down I will post.

I can get LGA USair operations VERY clearly and I am like 10 miles north fo LGA. Its almost as if there is a groud station retransmitting.

Radio frequencies are licenced by the FCC, and are most certainly public knowledge. There are many places on the web where that info is available.

moose, i had in mind the chart part of the inquiry... any information like that is something that shouldn't be given out freely IMO. sorry, that's the airline employee in me.
