Ok, I will start this thread so that people can see what is going on at this
airport. I will start the thread with some old shots I took there.

All the Pictures in this reply are from my VERY old Olympus 2.1 Megapixel
point and shoot D-510! I was VERY new at photography so the shots
SUCK REALLY REALLY BAD. I only had 3X zoom. These were only taken
for personal use and not for uploading.....Times change I guess!

ALL GOOD! If I pass by and see something cool, I will post but the first
post in this thread was to make a wet spot in Joe's pants......

Sorry for not explaining better

Future shots will be more current and I will date it so there will not me any further misunderstandings.

Fred has a Time Machine that allowed him to travel to multiple points in time in one day, hence "today" title. Now anymore questioning of Fred's ability will result in a slow and painful demise.

We had the Bell here not too long ago for an accident, we also get that nice one(not sure of the type). Anyways this is from an MVA near applebees(which was turned into the landing zone) I went directly to the accident instead of the engine. Here are the pics, sorry for the quality, didnt plan on sharing them.

ANd just like that they're gone within minutes. Sorry didnt want to use flash on this one. The guy brought out to the chopper did survive the accident. I will have better pics when there are accidents in the daytime(sounds bad, i know), and they need the helicopter, since now im the "department photographer"

Fred,

As usual, terrific shots. But I have 2 questions....

1) When you bought your house, did you investigate approach paths first?

2) How did you get that many shots at ISP without having the SCPD give you a full body cavity search?

2)I usually am lucky with my driveby's

Stopped by for a quick drive by and decided to stay a while and realized that the traffic really sucks as do the spots at this airport....

here is what I got

I was standing about 50-100 feet from this helicopter while he was
watching me and figured "Screw it, I have been stopped by foot patrol,
Police cars, airport police, national guard, and a New York City Police
Boat.....why not by this helicopter!" They did not stop me tho..... Hmm
