Sounds like another of their schemes to raise quick cash while losing fistfuls of on each ticket.

As long as they don't go out of biz before the weekend I'm fine, lol. I don't understand the logic behind only two non-stops per day to IAD. Atleast with the JFK service a businsess traveller does have the oppotunity to save a few bucks into DC with a decent selection of departure times. So how many times a day do you think this is heard at Fly I "we should have stayed with United.".

They put a kiosk up in Roosevelt Field mall on LI, it was just about the ACA history and what it is planning to do

Interesting to note Indy is stopping most service to the west coast. As of Nov 28 service to SEA, SFO, LAX, and SAN will stop. I guess they'll put the Airbuses on more regional routes to Florida and the new service to LGA.

There's clearly not enough flights from the NYC area to FLL every day. I think US has a fair number of DCA-FLL flights as well.

Thanks for the sarcasm but I was talking about flights from IAD to FLL on FlyI! :

...which is why I was editing my post to add: I think US has a fair number of DCA-FLL flights as well.

It'd be some pretty stiff competition for Indy.

Well it would be interesting to see Indy's loads on their Florida routes now. Florida would be the only logical destination for their Buses. One thing we may fail to realize is the area around IAD is exploding. Homes are going up left and right and Dulles if allot easier to use then DCA for these folks. Fly I is currently regrouping its route structure so it wouldn't shock me in the least to see the 319s in Florida to compete with the equipment that US has on their Florida routes

DH987 departs LGA 1235pm
DH990 arrives LGA 435pm
DH993 departs LGA 515pm

As mentioned, service starts 31OCT05.

Yes JFK service ends on the 31st. Indy states that customers have said to them they'd rather use LGA then JFK. If the fares are good hopefully they'll fill those Buses.
