Saw this last night on the news!

ANY good rights for photogs are welcome indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great News...

I know this was a huge matter of concern with the railfan community, and had many of them really upset about it, so this is good to hear.

Good news indeed.

The "ban" never did make any sense.

The Mayor was very quick to point out the absurdity of it as well.

Yeah, this is great news, something that helps us out a lot.

Keep in mind that they we sitll be approaching people about suspicious activity, but that'snot as bad as an all-out ban. :)

So someone on the City Council finally picked up a copy of the Bill of Rights and read it.
