TSA Forgets to Tell Cops About Bomb Drill at Minneapolis Airport

Police officers responded with their guns drawn to a man reported to be carrying a bomb in his suitcase at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport last Thursday.

TSA pat down

The good news is the screener detected the bomb. The bad news is it was only after the entire terminal was evacuated that TSA officials told the cops that the bomb was fake, and the “passenger” carrying it was actually a TSA employee testing screeners’ explosives detection abilities.

No word whether the TSA’s uniform allowance will cover the soiled pants of the TSA decoy.

First, crazy main image!  Crazy that TSA failed to notify local / airport authorities about the drill.  Thankfully no one was hurt over the incompetence.
