Based on the timing of the TFRs, the only AF1 movement at Kennedy this week might be a Thursday afternoon pickup.

One of the Qatar 332s was in and out of JFK yesterday morning, and one of the Qatar Globals arrived there last night. Not sure if it's still around. The El Al 763 4X-EAR is inbound from Mexico City as ELY34. Should arrive in the mid-3:00 hour.
Thanks. When he was here in August I saw pictures of Marine 1 parked at Essex County Airport.

0910: UAE 789 A6-PFE as AUH05 inbound over Quebec. Potential it goes straight to Stewart. It's right next to the Singapore 380, so if it's JFK, 1030 is an approximate ETA. [14K over Albany, so Stewart looks like the destination]
    0925: UAE (technically Dubai) 744F A6-GGP as DUB8 also inbound over Quebec. This is a freighter and often carries the Sheikh's horses, so it may not be UN related at all. [staying high and shifting west - not New York-area] {It went to Louisville! Horses, it is.}
1015: Sweden G550 102005 as SVF646 at FL430 over the Gaspe. Teterboro likely.
1035: Looks like a C-17 (96-0001) popped out of JFK about 45 minutes ago.

And what Basz posted was about it for the day. The Uganda and the Mali were both in and out. Uganda to Dover, and Mali to White Plains, which are their usual stops. Colombia BBJ arrived JFK just after 1800. (And has repositioned to Dover.) Of note, 31s were in use (so much for those SE winds), and each of the VIPs arrived 31L. Oh, forgot one - a pair of V-22s landed on the back ramp around 1715.

    1850: The Monaco Falcon 7 3A-MGA is northbound over eastern North Carolina. Teterboro most likely. [Looks like it may have been bound for Philadelphia - but has been holding over South Jersey for about 20 minutes now. Something up at PHL? Another AA jet is holding in the vicinity, and an AA 321 is diverting to ACY] {Just a little storm cell. Monaco now heading for PHL}
1940: Kuwait 345 has departed; looks like it's going for Stewart.
2120: That Royaljet (A6-AIN) is just on final now.

2150: Zimbabwe! 762 Z-WPE as AZW001 just now descending into Dakar for the fuel stop. That should get it to New York about 7am tomorrow.
2155: Also have Ethiopian Airlines 763 ET-ALJ as ET8504 over Italy. It's filed to Dublin and then onwards to Newark for an 1130 arrival tomorrow morning.
2200: The Egypt 342 SU-GGG is near Paris, which would put its ETA in New York around 4am.
2230: Don't expect the RAF A330 tomorrow - PM May is going to Ottawa first and will be there at least through Monday.

Also MALI01, the Mali BBJ arrived this afternoon.

On its way are KUG5, the A345 of Kuwait and will arrive around 4pm. Another one to look out for is ROJ03, a Royal Jet BBJ arriving at JFK around 9pm.

Thanks for the updates out of Africa. Here are general ETAs and a couple of additions as of 0900:
Iran - EP502 A343 EP-APA around noon. Note this is in Aseman colors, not the usual VIP jet they've brought the last couple of years.
    Mauritania - MRT001 B738 5T-CLE in the 1300 hour.
Nigeria - NGR001 BBJ 5N-FGT over Western Sahara. If it can make the nonstop, 1600 hour. If it refuels in the Canaries, 1800 hour. [Heading for the Azores, so it'll be the latter.]
Equatorial Guinea - B77L CS-TQX is feet wet off West Africa, 1630ish, but they've been known to stop at IAD first.
Senegal - A319 6V-ONE pinging on the ground in Dakar. Assuming it departs soon, it'll arrive in the 1700 hour.
Swaziland - ROJ7 BBJ A6-RJU taxiing for departure at Dakar, so 1700.
    Lebanon - MEA1 A330 OD-MEE 1915.
The Zambia/Vistajet Global 9H-VJH is over coastal West Africa. Add on the fuel stop [which is Dakar], and 1900ish seems plausible.
P4-BBJ is over Senegal right now, but will have to refuel, likely in the Azores, so the 1900 range is more likely.
The 762 from Brazzaville might be P4-CLA, which the Rep-Congolese have used before. 2000 would be a best guess for arrival. [ID confirmed; call CXB767]
There are a couple of Vistajet Globals filed into Teterboro with suggestive origins - There's one from Banjul, Gambia and one from Niamey, Niger, and if they're carrying delegations from those countries, it will take away two of the more sought-after frames.
0930: I glanced at the Ethiopia time from Flightaware last night, and there might have been a Zulu mixup because it arrived at Newark around 8 this morning. [Repositioning Dulles]
0940: Azerbaijan A346 4K-AI08 as AHY6731 over New Brunswick (the Canadian one). ETA JFK just before 1100. [And filed out to SWF at 1250.]
0945: The Egypt has repositioned to Stewart.
1025: McGuire C-17 departed JFK about 10 minutes ago.

1330: B762 N673BF just departed JFK. The Azerbaijan is out. Mauritania still here, as is the Iran. Around 1200, saw a motorcade being covered by what looked like 2 navy blue UH-60s with a vertical stripe on the tail. [UPDATE: Pretty sure the UH-60s were CBP examples]

1400: VP-CAL, a B77L as CMR 001 for Cameroon is over Cape Breton Island about 90 minutes out.
1515: Busy last hour. Turkey 345 TC-CAN and 330 -TUR in. Iran and Mauritania out. HMX-1 helicade left.
1710: Swaziland Royal about 35 out. Turks getting ready to leave JFK (they both departed 13L!). Ceiba/Equatorial Guinea 77L, Burkina Faso 727, Ivory Coast 319 all to EWR
1920: Will update the rest of the afternoon later, but for now there's a Russia Il-96 (96023) over Long Island, arriving in the next 15 minutes
2025: Phew! The Russia was the only real blockbuster (and I was already on the train home), but there was a nice little run of Africa Hour around 1800. Libya on Afriqiyah 330 5A-ONR (as AAW777) showed up out of nowhere, and then the Nigeria, Senegal, Lebanon, and Gabon (which was indeed P4-BBJ) all arrived nearly back-to-back; well, except for the Gabon which went around. I also forgot to mention the Czech 319 2801 which arrived mid-afternoon and then left. I also noticed the Ukraine 319 UR-ABA on the trackers early in the 1900 hour, but didn't follow it. An Italy 319 MM62209 as IAM3105 is descending over the Hudson Valley [arriving White Plains]. The Ceiba is repositioning off EWR to Dulles.
2045: Swazi/Royal repositioning looks like Stewart. 673BF went somewhere down south earlier, but is now returning to Stewart. SX-RFA, the Gainjet 752 did the reverse reposition, and just departed Stewart for Kennedy! HZ-NSA, the 310, which has been used for UN support before, arrived EWR earlier today and has now departed for Stewart. A reporter on the ground in Delaware says the Uganda and the Iran Aseman both went to Dover.
2145: Libya going to Stewart; Senegal looks like a similar path. There's a Global F-HTTO as FYG31T headed for JFK.
2200: The Bolivia Falcon FAB-001 is offshore and pointed at New York. Usually a Teterboro arrival with a Wilmington repo. The Nigeria BBJ has departed and is heading SSW; Dover is their usual. The Lebanon has departed and is going to Stewart.
    2215: P4-BBJ opf Gabon is also Stewart-bound.

The Swazi BBJ is following a very odd route following the coastline up the Western Sahara !.....Now crossing the Atlantic to New York.

The B763 from Brazzaville looks like it heading towards the Canary Islands for refuel....

A B788 from Abu Dhabi over Morocco at the moment, seems to be landing in Rabat, Morocco.

P4-BBJ refueling in Cape Verde islands.

0830: Nothing so far. Couple of reposition notes from last night - the Russia Il-96 to Dulles, Ukraine to Dover, and the Gainjet went back across the Atlantic. Forgot to mention the Zimbabwe, which was Stewart as usual. Turks went to Stewart. [And, of course, if you see or hear of anything, put it on the thread]
0945: CS-TFY, a 320 just arrived JFK. Unknown if UN-related. The Monaco Falcon went to TEB.
1045: P4-CLA, the Comlux 762 opf Congo-B must have spent the night in Europe, since it's just now south of Nova Scotia. ETA will be a little after noon. News reports out of Asia say the Korean President and Japanese PM both left today and should be in New York late this evening. Another usual visitor who won't be here is South Africa - a news report from there says their President flew commercial. [This has now departed JFK, turning north for Stewart]
1230: A new country for the bold treatment! France 330 F-RARF as CTM0001 over southern Nova Scotia, probably a little over an hour out.
1315: France Falcon 7X F-RAFA as CTM0003 near Portland, ME. It'll arrive in the New York area in 45 minutes. The Falcons have gone to White Plains in the past and the track does look a little far west for JFK. Also have the two Japan 744s, 22-1101 and 22-1102 as JF0002 and JF0001, respectively. JF1 is near Toronto, JF2 is near Grand Rapids, so about 45 minutes for the first and maybe 75 minutes for the second. The first of their eventual new pair of VIP 773s is now in cabin outfitting, so this may be their last ride on UN duty. [EDIT: I was reminded that one of them sometimes goes straight to Dulles, and it looks like J-Force Two is doing exactly that.] [France Airbus has now departed; track and top altitude looks like Dulles] [J-Force 1 has departed for Dulles, too.]
1330: Mideast Jet 762 N767KS departed JFK within the past hour and is heading somewhere in New England (Portsmouth, maybe?). This has carried VIPs in the past. Looks like it arrived around 1130.
1340: The Slovakia 319 OM-BYK is over the Maritimes as SSG001. It's not the now-retired Tupolev, but it does have a pretty nice scheme. ETA around 1500. [Reposition Westover]
    1450: Korea 744 10001 as KAF001 near Syracuse. ETA in 30-40 minutes. [Departed SW - Dulles ]
1510: Pakistan G450 J-756 as PFF2 is over Maine. 45 minutes out. [Departed northbound - Stewart]
1540: The Honduras Legacy FAH-001 is at Hampton Roads and will arrive in about 45 minutes. [Departed, track and altitude match Stewart, where they've gone before]
1615: Brazil's 319 2101 as BRS01 just popped up off the coast and should land in the next 15. [Reposition Islip, like usual]
1700: A343 M-IABU is descending on the northern spiral for JFK. No idea if it's delegation-related but still worth noting (and also in a very nice scheme).
1830: Qatar G650 A7-CGB as QQE210 descending for JFK. 15 minutes. I count 40 delegations in with aircraft so far, with at least a couple more still due (UK tonight or tomorrow, Canada tomorrow morning). This doesn't include the ones who came on chartered planes without national callsigns (like the Vista Globals yesterday).
2145: The Ecuador Legacy FAE-051 arrived LaGuardia about 20 minutes ago. The thing flew right over me and I didn't look up :( .
2345: UK A330 ZZ336 as KRF69 just popped off JFK. Looks like it arrived around 2100. Out over Robbinsville and stopped climb at FL200, which is the usual path for IAD.

As far as what's left - I would have expected to see one of the new Poland G550s and I haven't seen the Peru 735. No Chile 763 or Panama Legacy, but they don't speak until Wednesday afternoon. Romania used an airliner once, Ghana's Falcon showed up once, too. Canada will be here tomorrow morning, probably very early in the morning with the Challenger at Teterboro. Tanzania has the G550 which comes every so often, but they're speaking Friday, as are Belgium, who have an A321. Then there's DRCongo, who are on the list on Saturday with a Head of State. Not sure what to make of that - they've obviously specifically requested that slot but if Kabila leaves the country his government will collapse and his next stop could very well be exile somewhere.

Seems like the B767 for Congo spent the night at Cape Verde, possible tech problem. South African president seems went commercial as he did last year , no wonder we are seeing climate change here in Africa.

PLF106 0002 Gulfstream V , one of the newest toys of the Polish Air Force has started crossing the Atlantic. Possibly heading for NYC area too.

LX-LTI A318CJ is expected to arrive at KHPN somewhere around 1930 if it leaves Cabo Verde on time.

Italy sending its A345 and is confirmed going to KFJK. ETA round 1130.

0900: Brazil E190 2591 off the coast, and should be somewhere in about 20 minutes. Might be going straight to Islip, though [And it did]. Looks like an ETA around 2 for the Poland G550 [UPDATE: It went to Appleton]. The Italy I-TALY is on the IAM9002 callsign.
1000: The Colombia 734 FAC1209 departed Andrews and is over Long Island at 17K. It went to Stewart. Canada is due midday today.
1100: Thanks for the heads-up on the Qatari 748. The 762 departed Poznan, Poland, where the US Army has a large presence, and it's likely a Camber flight operated by Omni. There was a Miami Air 738 that came over from Poznan (via Keflavik) earlier.
1155: I-TALY on final for 4L. Winds have JFK single-runway on 4L right now and things are going... as expected. The Qatar 748 -HHE is pinging on the ground at Dulles, so may be ready to depart soon. [Has departed south and staying low; going to McGuire.]
1345: We've got the first exit on the board - Bolivia filed off Wilmington to Teterboro at 1500, and likely to evac Evo shortly thereafter.
1350: Here comes CANFORCE 1, which is just about my favo(u)rite callsign. Canada's CL604 144617 just departed Ottawa and should be at Teterboro in about an hour.
1630: Switzerland F900 T-785 as SUI004 departs Teterboro, and since Bolivia is still in Delaware, the Schweizers take first departure honors. Auf wiederluege, President Leuthard!
1955: You thought the Brazilians were done? Legacy 2584 as BRS067 on final for JFK.
2040: The El Al 763 operating for Israel is due out imminently. Should get the Prime Minister back to Jerusalem with about 5 hours to spare before Rosh Hashana starts.
2145: El Al has departed. Yalla bye, PM Netanyahu! The Sky Prime A342 HZ-SKY1 is repositioning to JFK from Stewart. And Germany A343 16+02 doesn't equal 18, but is on callsign GAF918. [Descending for JFK, ETA 2300.] Angela Merkel isn't coming, since she has an election on Sunday. Bolivia has departed TEB, adios Constitutional President Morales! Mexico G150 TP-07/XC-LOH also departed TEB. They only had someone at Minister level on the schedule and it's possible he was recalled home because of today's earthquake.
2240: Got a tip that a Gulfstream as FAP01 arrived Teterboro this afternoon. Seeing if I can trace it.

Today's speaking order: Brazil, US, Guinea, Switzerland, Slovakia, Nigeria, Czech, France, Liberia, Colombia, Tajikistan, Zambia, Lithuania, Qatar, Turkey, Israel, Mali, Monaco, Poland, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Costa Rica, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Estonia, Guatemala, Afghanistan, Gambia, Bolivia, Mauritania, Honduras. Everybody represented at Head of State level except Israel, which is a Head of Government.

A7-HBJ Qatari 748 is between Iceland and Greenland as of 11am eastern. That would put it about 4.5 hours out of JFK if that's where it's going. There's also a blocked 762 in front of it that could be something

Just saw a picture of the French Falcons at Republic 7 years ago during UN Week. Came up on the FB "On This Day" notification.
Today saw the Czech Republic A319 parked on the back ramp of Atlantic this morning at Republic.
