    Wamos KJFK Pics

    Greetings,
I went out to JFK to get some early morning arrival shots of the Wamos B744 flying for ELAL.
Thanks for the heads up Mark.

It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

Back in 2012 we subbed for ElAl with our 747 Classic freighters, for the month of July while one of their 400F's was down for MX. We flew under their call sign , routing for us was Liege- Tel Aviv - Liege - JFK, with a lovely 48 hour layover in Tel Aviv sandwiched in there. They treated us like gold, a great experience.
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!
