Sky Greece/Balkan Holidays A330 KJFK pics

    Greetings,
I made it out to JFK to get some shots of the "Sky Greece" BHair (Balkan Holidays) A330 this afternoon.
Its not much to look at however I did not want to mess around with all the chaos going on in Greece right now. Something is better than nothing.
I wish they would have put the full BH Air Livery on the A330 though.

Nice catch! Here is my view from North Woodmere Park. I was surprised that there wasn't much heat haze!

    Nice shot Mark,
I was a bit disappointed that high cloud deck moved in from out of nowhere. It kind of dulled the shots but I guess we still got it either way.

I guess because of the financial mess Greece is in they couldn't afford the Olympic Rings or a Greek flag.

Or even an aircraft that wasn't borrowed from Bulgaria!

I think it's once a week. Check out the SkyGreece website and search flights from ATH to JFK. Her scheduled arrival time is for around 1130.

Coming back today, so I took a look at their site; Tuesday/Friday, arrives 11am, departs just before midnight.

Is this service still operating? I was at JFK on Tuesday (which is a SkyGreece day), but didn't see any sign of the aircraft, and then today is another SkyGreece day, but there's no mention of it on the T4 arrival/departure page.

Sky Greece says JFK flights will end Sept1, but they never made it to August. Only operated 3 flights to JFK.

Which one lasted longer, Scanderbeg or SkyGreece? Did Scanderbeg ever actually start service?
