    Philippines Airlines B773 KFJK pics

I went out for the PAL B773 this morning. It departed around 11am and headed back to CYVR. I read it was supposed to be the A343 but glad PAL put the B773 o the route as I got the A343 during previous a UNGA at KEWR. Most of my shots were riddled with heat haze thanks for the SIA A388 that pulled into view just as the PAL was departing.

Great pics man, caught it too earlier today leaving for CYVR almost didn't catch it because I saw on my Flight Radar app they were leaving using 31L, then when I got closer to the airport I checked again they moved to the 4s for departure.

Was expecting a Airbus A340 but got a Boeing 777-300ER, good luck to them ! if they can price it well, maybe i'll take it over KE for my next trip back home to Philippines.

    Thanks,
It seems like every other week there is new "something" for JFK lately. We are on a roll now.

They changed to 22s just after the PAL departed.

I am sure they will be back with it soon enough. It came in before sunrise and flew to KSWF. Shot it there as well.

Several weeks ago, Philippines Airlines announced that the first flight would be on a 777-300ER while subsequent flights will use the A340-300. That alone was reason for me to drag my butt out of bed early yesterday morning for the arrival. Speaking to airline reps last night, they plan to send both types to JFK, though the schedules still say its the Airbus for every flight I've looked at.

    Nice shots,
I wish we had better shooting conditions that first day.
