    JFK - 7/6/2014

Hope everyone had a great and safe 4th of July weekend. Stepped out early this morning, and it was well worth going out. Caught a few unexpected visitors.

Great catches Mark. That Travel Span B767 is the one I was talking about parked over by Kalitta Air

Rich .... All the arrival and departure shots are 31L. I'll post area 13L arrivals shortly.

Great catches, especially the Travel Span 762! I guess here days of flying "secret government missions" are over...

Firstly, it was nice seeing and hanging with Manny and Akie today for some late afternoon spotting .... since they were split 22L and 13s, I decided to shoot 13L arrivals.

Really nice, the AA T7 crop is fantastic with that lighting

Kindof Ironic the Vision/Travelspan B762 has a similar bird on the tail to Caribbean Airlines and the Caribbean Airlines B738 is missing it

Great set Mark and excellent location! I like the Japan Airlines 787 touching down. My favorite is the AA 777 on final with the NYC buildings in the background. It really shows off the close proximity of the airfield to the surrounding cityscape.

The whole set is amazing, but to me those American Triple 7 shots stand out as incredible. Great job Mark!
