    1990's SAAB overrun at LaGuardia?

    http://www.hemmings.com/hmn/stories/...feature24.html

I was talking with a former USAir pilot and he was telling me that maybe around 25 years ago, a SAAB runway friction tester wasn't able to stop on runway 04 and went into the bay.

    Does anyone know about this?

I just searched all incedents and accidents at LGA in the 90's on the NTSB website and no report with a SF-340 comes up, and between 2000 and 2010 was only this http://www.ntsb.gov/aviationquery/br...05X00800&key=1
