Great set of videos Steven, I like "the beast" coming out of the trees.

Crabbing at about 35° in some strong cross-wind.

    400th E-jet arriving from MHT.

The star of the evening, "Speedbird 69" arriving in some beautiful sunset light.
A fitting plane for the 4th of July.

Some "flag carriers" arriving in "The Birthplace of America".

Soaking in the last rays of sun...

I should be down at PHL all day July 12 and 13... hopefully at least one or both days staying late enough to get the Dreamliner!

(and earlier if for some reason Qatar is either Barcelona or one of the several oneworld jets and I feel like waking up early enough to get it arriving, as I'll normally just get it departing)

I am looking forward to Saturday mainly since Qatar usually sends us a special one day and a "cookie Qatar plane" (pun intended) the other and alternate daily unlike most other airlines! This week, Sunday was the special day. So next week, it will be a special on Saturday! I am looking forward to seeing you along with everyone else again!

Highlights were America West 80s heritage, and the 400th E-175. I had a barbecue to attend so I passed on Speedbird 67 as well as Lufthansa 426.

Good luck this weekend Steven, hopefully the weather and the 787 cooperate!

I went out Saturday for the 1st HP retrojet and Speedbird 69. I also got a couple of nice surprises in between, including another 787.

The first arrival was Trump's S-76 that I saw land as I drove past Atlantic Aviation.
A distant shot of it departing.

Great reflections on the polished metal which will definitely be missed with the new livery.

    A Shark with Sharklets.

    American West retrojet.

    FedEx and the Moon.

    Thomsonfly 787 at 40,000ft.

    A much closer 787, "Speedbird 69".

US Airway's first A321 painted in the new colors.

    A nice Learjet 35 (N384CF) racing for a runway 35 arrival.

And finally a sharp Global 5000 operated by VistaJet.

Oh cool, Trump's S-76 was there! I never knew Donald Trump owned an S-76. I remember seeing his 727-100 (or -200) and his 757-200, but that would have been new to me! I got the HP Retro 1 yesterday for the 1st time, I got The Spirit of Kitty Hawk B737-700, but I had a barbecue to attend so I passed on Frontier, Lufthansa, and British (both of them.)

Was all over the tri-state area today so I managed to stop by KWRI to catch a C-32 (757-200) doing some pattern work. We also stopped at KPHL to catch the Frontier which was supposed to be 209FR (the plane I flew to ATL on), but that was a phantom and I got the coyote tail and I messed up the shot as I was eyeing the Air France 777 I spotted. Oh well, I finished up the US Airways NFL tails and got all three alliances (Star, OneWorld, and SkyTeam.) in one week!

United Airlines 772, N794UA, in Star Alliance livery and Icelandair 752 just diverted to PHL from IAD due to storms.

Add a Brussels Air A330 and a British Airways 767-300ER to that list!

And a Lufthansa A330-300! Whoever was there made out like a bandit!

Where is everyone? I haven't uploaded lately because on the 10th, I was at JFK all day, on the 11th, I had a small case of carbon monoxide poisoning due to the cars on Belt Pkwy. and Conduit! The 12th, I visited KPHL briefly, and on the 13th, I visited KPNE! Pictures are coming soon!
