    Montreal YUL Memorial day weekend

I spent memorial day weekend at Montreal spotting along with fellow WBSG spotters John and Rafal. The purpose of the trip was to say goodbye to KLM MD-11 and boy I am glad I did. Despite some challenging conditions I was pleased with what I collected. ATC communication was in French so major hurdle trying to figure out who was going which side of the runway. Highlights are as follows and they are not necessarily in the order I shoot them so enjoy.

We couldn't make it in time enough to the other side of the runway to catch this bad boy so heavily cropped.

I was glad to finally catch this bad boy due to be repainted to Rouge colors in the coming days.

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did shooting them.

Fasil, what a great set of shots! Looks like I need to make a trip up there. How easy are the spotting locations to get to, and are there any areas, out in the open, that you would get harassed by authorities?

Great set. I'm planning to go up there soon.

Anybody want to get a group together and go let me know?
